    Sarah Adhami is the Founder of MOD Talent. Before transitioning to a full time career in recruitment, she was formerly a Post Producer at IPG, working on Nestle Purina’s flagship pet food brands. Her first-hand experience working in advertising gave her a valuable understanding of how departments source talent and enabled her to build out creative departments from the ground-up for companies like VaynerMedia, Verizon 140, Laundry Service (now Wasserman), and others. She has also recruited executive leadership teams for renowned brands within the beauty, retail, CPG, finance, healthcare and web 3.0 industries, specializing in digital, marketing, product and creative.

    Sarah’s global upbringing greatly influenced her approach to business and collaboration and it was this exposure that laid the foundation of her commitment to building a platform that champions diverse & inclusive talent.

    Nicholas is the Director of Executive Search at MOD Talent and the Founder of Macdonald Partners (MOD Talent’s Human Capital Advisory business). He has extensive experience recruiting within the London, Dubai, Toronto and US markets. This exposure has given him a unique perspective on the recruitment industry and has enabled him to build global relationships with venture and private equity funds. His recruitment expertise extends to C-Suite, Partner and Executive Roles across finance, technology, real estate and go-to-market.

    Dana is an Advisor to MOD Talent and an expert in talent management. She resides in Dubai and was formerly the Head of Brand Partnerships for The Walt Disney Company. Currently, she serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Alfan Group, the largest creator network in the Middle East. She is passionate about unlocking brand potential and has successfully managed globally recognized brands in CPG, Retail, Finance & Tourism. Her approach involves driving strategy through the combination of storytelling, data insights & creative solutions. Dana’s expertise has helped shape MOD Talent’s brand strategy and recruitment approach and has been an invaluable resource in building MOD’s credibility in the market.
